Free Online Music Workshops led by Deaf Musicians!

As part of our on-going commitment to music education for deaf children and young people, we are conducting a short survey for schools and parents .  This will hopefully give us an accurate picture of the provision across the UK.  This will enable us to plan projects, develop music curriculum, push for policy changes, and share good practice across the UK.

To support our work we have created two surveys, one aimed at schools/teachers/professionals  and those working within the field of music education, and one for parents. We would be really grateful if you could complete the survey which should take no longer than 5 minutes.

Parents: Parent Survey

If you could also send our parent survey via your parent mail/school newsletter that would be fantastic!

Finally, we would also like to invite your pupils and families to join a free online music workshop on Saturday 26th March.  Attendees will have the opportunity to work with professional deaf musicians and also meet some amazing young deaf musicians! Please see the event description below, and the posters attached, which you are welcome to share at school and on your social media platforms.  All workshops will be BSL interpreted and voice over.
