"Martin has always had an appreciation of the Visual Arts (and other generic arts too) and BSL (British Sign Language) access which has led to him facilitating guided tours for Deaf sign language users and currently piloting a funded project, Digitspace, which will open up opportunities for Deaf people to participate in the arts and cultural sectors outside London, starting with the North East region.
He also is a freelance Architect with his own niche consultancy, Roomfactory, undertaking architectural and arts commissions. Furthermore, he is a passionate lifelong advocate of issues concerning mental health and deafness as well as general health awareness for Deaf people.”
